established in 1989 and I occasionally breed. I focus on health,
personality, structure, athleticism, hunting drive, proper size and
extreme soundness, in no particular order. Yes, I am looking for the
perfect dog. Each litter's eyes and ears are tested by top
professionals before any pup leaves.
Charles the cat supervises puppy deliveries and the others help to socialize.

This YOUNG litter has done well with Limited competition. Alisian Fields Epic Lyl Red Robin Hood finished her Conformation Championship in Oklahoma City. I can't wait to see this beautiful correct young lady special as she continues to mature.
Buck wins Conformation Major and Lure Coursing Major / BIF at California Specialty in ONE DAY and a SECOND LC major the next day!
Beezerfest, Louisville, KY Thescelo - finishes Conformation Championship with 5 and 4 point majors from Bred By Exhibitor then went on for Breed cuts the next two days. HUGE Numbers were entered.
Ipanema - 5 point Major and a Reserve 5 point , Bred BY Exhibitor all 4 days. (Needs 1 point - not shown since Louisville)
Lyl Red - won a VERY tough 12 - 18 month class 3 of 4 times and Reserve Winners 2 of 4 times. (Miss Red won in Denton, TX and now only needs 1 point.)

December 13, 2009 Babies in Virginia. Ana's daughter from her first litter, Kenzie has 10 Beautiful babies with Java. Congratulations to Katie for her first litter. Currently, all babies are spoken for.
December's First weekend, 2009 Fayetteville AR known for good Ibizan competition. Ipanema and Thescelo earn 4 point majors, a Best of Breed and Alisa had dinners with great friends.
December, 2009 Buck places well in his first and second OFC Hunt.
Oct 4, 09. Buck won 3 points over the California weekend including Best of Winners and Best of Opposite Sex.
Thescelo and Ipanema attended the Blessing of the Animals at a Iowan church where Mom's friends are the Priest and his wife. There was also a fundraiser for one of the Local Humane shelters. The event was a first for mother too.
Thescelo and Ipanema took points and Best of Breeds in Murfreesboro, TN at end of September. It was Ipanema's first shows and Thescelo's first official shows. Ipa's first show and trip around the group ring was on their 11 month birthday.
Older sister Kenzie won her fifth Best in Field on the east coast in late September. Fiona in Alaska finished her Senior Courser title, she's Kenzie's, Bridge's and DB's sister.

Ibizan Hounds sooner rather than later so the process of screening can
begin. Owners can wait more than a year so you'll want to get your name
on the list. I may be breeding so that pups will be available in
spring of 2010.

My first Ibizan "Tina Marie" Ch Ghazal's Tinaree of Ouranos FC CGC was a great and my almost constant companion who protected me against "the bad people", comforted many fellow soldiers, took a Reserve Best In Show the one time we showed in Korea, was a Field Champion and has a Osbourne McGraw- Hill Computer book dedicated to her. Tina was also one of the first dogs to become an AKC Canine Good Citizen. I remember old college friends asking me to drive 4 hours with Miss Tina Marie to visit so their kids could get over a bad experience with their inlaws' dog and at the end of the weekend the tots were lightly holding Tina's tail as they were trotting through the house everyone smiling and giggling including Miss Tina Marie.
Puppy mills have reached into even Ibizan Hounds a few times through the decades. I am aware and do what I can to prevent it. My contract is fair but I am cautious about where dogs go and this is one of the main reason why pups are co-owned as that helps to control resale. I have helped with Ibizan Rescue.
Ana Alisian was AKC #1 Breed Ibizan in 2005, #2 in '04 (#1 Smooth & #1 Owner-handled), won Breed and the Flyer trophy at the International Invitational Lure Coursing in 04. Took 3 of the 4 breeds the Canadian National Specialty in 04. at least one UKC Best in Show.

accomplishing the #1 Conformation Breed status because:

have no other dogs
from our kennel involved in competition boosting points.
It is rare for a highly ranked conformation dog to course or have a FCH.
We have had virtually no advertising and No Professional handler.
